OSFA accepts all major insurances: BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Medcost, Medicare, Medicaid, Carolina Access, Workman's Comp, Project Access, Tricare, Humana and more.

 

We are out of network for UnitedHealthcare, Coventry/Wellpath, Blue Local/Blue Value, Cigna Select, Aetna-Duke Select (unless you get prior authorization number).

Medicare Advantage Plans: we are taking less of these and would recommend that you call to confirm whether we take them and if you have to obtain an authorization to see us. 

 

For those with out of network plans, we offer an affordable cash payment plan to meet your needs based on Medicare rates.
